Seuss in the wild

For those who remember me making fun of Peter for his "Dr. Seuss" fork, here you go. I'll leave it up to you to make any jokes you'd like at Peter's (or my!) expense, but long story short, he's having a great time riding the fork, silliness be damned!

So is the frame a Pugsley copy by Salsa? (I see the headtube badge)

I've only seen one Pugsley in the wild, but I understand that the wheels are somewhat offset. Did you do that with the fork as well?

I *think* it is a actually a Fargo frame. In any case, this is a non-offset fork/wheel combo.

"Oh the places you will go". Nice fork, and I agree, that definitely looks like a Fargo hiding behind the tree. A really interesting way to build one up too.

Yup, it's a Fargo frame, now with an awesome fork!

Salsa makes its own Puglsey-esque bike, but my Fargo is only fat in front. The rear wheel is a standard 29er wheel. It's cool to see the photo up on your blog, thanks again Walt!
