126.9!

I've finally broken the 1:27 Kilo mark (horribly, pathetically slow). Thanks to Nick for the idiotic looking picture...gonna be a long road to 1:20, I think.

And no, I'm not sure why my helmet is not on straight. Normally I wear some sweet clear safety glasses, too, but I left them at home.

so let's get this straight... you start leaning up against the post? this does not sound straightforward. neither does trying to get up to speed on the BIC minitrack. I wish u well in your quest, and am glad i never did a kilo in Boulder to show myself the difference from Manchester track and youthful legs

I think that picture epitomizes the Waltworks Dream Team

Yeah, start against the post. Easiest way to do it, since there's nobody to hold me. I guess I could track stand and then go. Not sure it matters.

Eszter, you're just jealous that I'm so much more photogenic than you.

I'm jealous of those CGs. What did you do, mug some freshman? I hope you made off with her Uggs too.

CGs? Centers of Gravity? Cogs and Gears? Creative Grimace?

Uggs are awesome. I need some with SPD cleats to complete my look.

Redcoat, you'd be proud of Walt. He's actually riding really well on the track. Nice and smooth. We are both on 80 inch gears now and I can't drop him. We've also been practicing madison exchanges and they are getting good enough to race. Well, perhaps at The Springs, not on the Redbull mini-drome.

I think Walt could do a 1.20 Kilo straight away at The Springs, Home Depot Track or Manchester for that matter.

I could hold Walt up for the start, but I don't want to make it too easy for him. I'd rather take ridiculous photos and shout obscenities at him.
