A kevlar folding bead could save significant weight over the steel bead. I wonder why this wasn't included as an option. Many tires come in both steel and folding. Of course, the folding bead is generally more expensive, so maybe that's why it wasn't considered, at least yet, since the current price point is already $40 higher than the nightrider.
