A great lineup - and a terrible photo

Not pictured is Bob's Tiemeyer. If you can't make out the lettering due to the crappy Iphone photo, that's a Primus Mootry, Zinn, Waltworks, Waltworks. Every bike on the track custom and handmade within 30 miles. Sweet!

Edit: I just remembered - a fellow on a Giant showed up at some point, took half a lap, and ate it on the banking (he was ok, just a little shaken up, and he was back out there 10 minutes later). Big-brand bikes = bad karma?

Hey, at least I didn't break the phone somehow. Me and electronics... not a good combo.

For those who read this blog and have followed Walts transformation from a singlespeed mountain biker to a track rider, you might be interested to know that he was practicing Madison exchanges today with myself whilst trying to keep up with Clark Shehan, the National Masters Madison Champion and his partner who were also practicing exchanges.
I think it would be fair to say we did not disgrace ourselves and held our own.

This was just practicing though and should it have been a race, they would have probably shown us up for the grubby mountain bikers we are.

Big big big improvement Walt!

Just TT's, Cross and Road racing to try next!
