Brown large whole chicken in skillet. In a saucepan just large enough to accommodate chicken, brown plenty of Mae Ploy yellow curry in olive oil. Add chicken & a minimal amount of water to pan & smother chicken with chopped white onions. Garlic option. Simmer until tender. Serve over brown rice, quinoa, or Essene bread with a squeeze of fresh lemon and a side of mangetout. Eat liberally then sleep.

Alternate spice: chipotle in adobo sauce.
